Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta (SNLB) Proposes 9.589% Dividend for FY 2076/77; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SNLB) has proposed a 9.589% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. This is the company's first dividend after the merger between Naya Nepal Laghubitta and Sarathi Laghubitta.

The 8th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 11 has decided to distribute 9.11% bonus shares and 0.479% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 23,53,86,150, the bonus shares amount to Rs. 2,14,44,350 and the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 11,28,650.

Note that this dividend will be distributed to investors maintained after the merger. The dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, the company's LTP stands at Rs. 1,612 per share.
