Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Holds 9th AGM, Approves Cash Dividend

Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited successfully held its 9th Annual General Meeting on 24th Poush 2082 at Shubha Events, Golfutar, Kathmandu, chaired by the company’s Chairman, Ratan Lal Kedia. During the meeting, the annual report, audited financial statements, and accounts for FY 2081/82 were presented and approved.

Shareholders also approved a cash dividend of NPR 51,04,18,970 (including tax), equivalent to 10.1780% of the company’s paid-up capital of NPR 5,01,49,24,056. Proposals for auditor appointment and remuneration were also ratified.

CEO Shivanath Pandey highlighted the company’s achievements, including strong corporate governance, customer-focused services, branch network expansion, IT adoption, robust internal controls, cost efficiency, employee morale, and agent motivation. He emphasized that the company has successfully managed post-merger challenges and established a respected position in the insurance market.

The AGM concluded with the Chairman expressing gratitude to shareholders, regulatory authorities, institutional partners, agents, insured clients, media, and employees for their support in making the event successful.
