Sanima Mai Hydropower auctioning 1.46 lakh unit unsold right shares till tomorrow

Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) is auctioning 1,46,592 units unsold right shares till tomorrow (Mangsir 20, 2074). The hydropower company is selling 1,46,592 units ordinary shares after the right shares issued from Shrawan 27 to Bhadra 29 2074 were not fully subscribed by its shareholders. The company had offered 1,05,50,000 unit right shares in the ratio 1:1 and around 1.39 % of the total right issue was unsubscribed. As per the notice published by the hydropower company, it has extended one day for the submission of bid. Previously, the deadline was till today (Mangsir 19, 2074). The auction was open from Mangsir 11, 2074. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. Interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 100 units of share. The number of shares applied must be a multiple of 10. Sunrise Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction. The hydropower company has urged interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till Mangsir 20, 2074 at Sunrise Capital located at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu and designated branches of Sunrise Bank Limited. The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the name of Sunrise Capital Limited in account number 0690371114401003 of Sunrise Bank Limited or applicants can issue Good for Payment cheque in the name of Sunrise Capital. The forms of the auction can be obtained from Sunrise Capital and designated branches of Sunrise Bank Limited. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 1.05 arba. After 100% right share adjustment, it will reach to Rs 2.11 arba. SHPC has earned Rs 15.19 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its last closing price stood at Rs 554 as of last trading day.
