Sanima GIC Insurance Calls AGM on Jestha 06; To Endorse 5.2632% Dividend

Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) called its 8th AGM on 6th Jestha, 2083. The meeting will be held in the Nepal Police Club, Pradarshani Marga, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5.2632% dividend for FY 2081/82. The 179th Board of Directors meeting on Falgun 29 has decided to distribute a 0.2632% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 56.57 lakhs and 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 10.75 crores. The existing paid-up capital of SGIC is Rs. 2.15 Arba.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83, and approve the appointment of directors.
Baishakh 23 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
