Sanima Equity Fund II Ongoing Issue Open for Public and Institutional Investors

Sanima Capital Limited has an ongoing public issuance of its mutual fund scheme “Sanima Equity Fund II” (SAEF-II) for both general investors and institutions. The new fund offering (NFO) was opened on 24th Baishakh, 2083 and will remain open until 7th Jestha, 2083.
Under the scheme, out of a total 10 crore units, 13% (1.30 crore units) worth Rs 13 crore has been allocated to the scheme manager Sanima Bank Limited, while 2% (20 lakh units) worth Rs 2 crore has been assigned to the fund sponsor, Sanima Capital Limited. The remaining units are available for public and institutional investors.
SAEF-II is a closed-end equity fund with a size of Rs 1 billion, expandable up to Rs 1.25 billion if oversubscribed. The minimum investment amount is Rs 1,000, making it accessible for small investors. The fund has a maturity period of 10 years from the date of allotment.
Investors can apply through Mero Share via meroshare.cdsc.com.np by selecting SAEF-II under the ASBA section. The fund is professionally managed with the objective of delivering long-term equity returns and will be listed and traded on NEPSE after allotment.
