Sanima Bank to conduct 14th AGM on 27 Mangsir; endorsement of 14% cash dividend worth Rs.1.12 Arba among main agendas

Sanima Bank will be conducting its 14^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 27^th Mangsir, 2075 (13^th December, 2018). The AGM will be held at Rashtra Sabha Griha, Pradarshni Marg from 10:00 AM onwards. The main agenda of the AGM are:

1. To endorse 14% cash dividend worth Rs.1.12 Arba.
2. To appoint two directors from ordinary shareholder group.
3. To take needful steps for the implementation of brokerage services.

Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial highlights of the fiscal year 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 75/76.  The shareholders register book of the commercial bank will remain closed on Mangsir 14, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares till Mangsir 13 will be eligible to participate in the upcoming AGM.

The bank had previously issued 16% bonus shares from the profits of FY 73/74.
