Sanima Bank Limited Proposes 10% Cash Dividend for FY 2082/83

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has proposed a 10% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) had decided to distribute a 10% cash dividend (including tax) worth RS. 1.35 Arba. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 13.58 Arba.
This decision is subject to approval from the NRB, after which it will be endorsed at the AGM of the bank.
