Sanima Bank Conducts Health Camps and Nutrition Support for Pregnant and Postpartum Women Nationwide

Sanima Bank Limited has launched a nationwide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to support pregnant and postpartum women across all seven provinces of Nepal. The program focused on improving maternal and newborn health by addressing issues such as malnutrition, anemia, and other pregnancy-related health complications.

Under the campaign, the bank coordinated with local municipalities and ward offices to directly benefit around 1,050 women, providing health check-ups by medical professionals and distributing three months’ supply of nutritious food packages. The bank said it will continue to implement social programs that have a positive impact on targeted communities. Currently, Sanima Bank operates 134 branches and 127 ATMs across Nepal.
