Samsung Nepal has launched a special repair service initiative for customers affected by recent floods, offering discounts on repairs and replacement support for eligible smartphones, tablets and household appliances.

The service runs from October 2 to November 2, 2026, through dedicated service camps at the Narayanghat Service Center and Tamrakar Pako in Kathmandu. On-site repair services are also available for eligible home appliances.

Under the scheme, customers with products still under warranty can receive 100% repair and replacement support. Products aged one to two years qualify for 80% support, while those older than two years may receive up to 70%, subject to eligibility.

The initiative covers flood-affected areas across 15 municipalities designated by the Government of Nepal, including Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, Chitwan, Gorkha and Tanahun.

Samsung said products may be considered for replacement if the combined cost of parts, labour and freight exceeds 80% of the recommended retail price. Customers can visit the designated service camps for product verification and repair assistance.
