Samir Balami Retains Leadership of Film Journalists Association
Samir Balami has been re-elected as the Chairperson of the Film Journalists Association Nepal, securing a second term to lead the organization. His re-election was finalized during the Association’s 10th General Convention and 27th Annual General Meeting held in Kathmandu. Balami’s continued leadership is expected to provide stability as the Association works to enhance the professional standards of cinema journalism in Nepal.
The General Convention also elected a full executive board to work alongside Balami for the upcoming term. The new leadership team is structured as follows:

In addition to the core executive board, several individuals have been nominated to serve as members of the Association. These include Yubarna Paudel, Ratan Bahadur Chand, Sojana Lohar, Sushil Nepal, Dinesh Thapa, Nabin Chapagain, Deepraj Chhetri, and Salikram Nepaune. This group of members is tasked with supporting the executive committee in executing the Association's initiatives and representing the interests of film journalists across the country.
