Samata Microfinance lists 3.16 lakh units shares in NEPSE; NIBL Capital Markets appointed as share registrar

Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) has listed 3,16,000 units shares in Nepal Stock Exchange for trading. Agreement for listing between the microfinance company and NEPSE was made yesterday. NIBL Capital Markets Limited has been appointed as the share registrar of SMATA. Trading of SMATA will commence after 7 days with the range of first transaction between Rs 134 – Rs 402. It had issued 94,800 units shares to the general public as part of its IPO from Poush 19 to Poush 22, 2073. Out of 84,950 applicants, only 8,817 applicants were allotted 10 units each. Samata Microfinance had earned net profit of Rs 1.65 crore up to the end of third quarter of FY 2073/74.
