Samaj Laghubitta's 1st AGM on Kartik 29; Company issuing 1:2 right and then IPO

Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced its 1st AGM going to be held on Kartik 29, 2076 at Janaki Family Hotel and Lodge, Malangwa, Sarlahi from 11 Am onwards.

The 41th Board Meeting held on Ashwin 23, 2076 has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:

1. Issuance of Initial Public Offering (IPO) of the company.
2. Approval of Annual Report to be presented by the chairman.
3. Approval of financial statements prepared by the auditors for the year 2074/75
4. Appointment of auditor for the year and determination of the remuneration for the same.
5. Increment of authorized capital from Rs 4 crore to Rs 10 crore, issued capital from Rs 2 crore to 6 crore and paid-up capital from Rs 1.14 crore to Rs 3.42 crore by issuing 1:2 right shares.
