Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited Calls AGM to Endorse Dividend and Elect Board Members

Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited has called its 15th and 16th AGM on 16th Ashoj, 2078. The meeting will be streamed virtually starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the company will endorse the dividends for the fiscal years 2076/77 and 2077/78. The company will endorse a 10.5263% cash dividend for FY 2076/77, 0.5263% cash dividend for FY 2077/78, and 10% bonus shares also for the fiscal year 2077/78.

Furthermore, the AGM will also elect a board member from the promoters and a board member from the public investors.

Ashoj 07 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
