RSP Summons Central Committee Meeting to Elect Parliamentary Leader

The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has scheduled a central committee meeting for Thursday at its central office in Banasthali, Kathmandu, to select its parliamentary party leader.

The meeting will take place at 4:00 pm, following the swearing-in ceremony of newly elected members of the House of Representatives (HoR) at 2:00 pm the same day.

According to spokesperson Manish Jha, party president Rabi Lamichhane will chair the meeting. All central committee members have been instructed to attend, with discussions also expected on other party matters.

The RSP has secured a strong mandate in the March 5 elections, winning 182 seats in the HoR.
