RMDC Organizes Training on Internal Audits

RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Santha Ltd. , branch office, Itahari has conducted 2 days Internal Audit Training for Account committee member and Board member at Gokarna Resort and Party Palace Pvt. Ltd. Morang from Ashadha 16 to 17, 2076. There were 32 participants from 32 partner's  Co-Operative from 12 working districts of RMDC, Itahari branch. The program was facilitated and coordinated by Mr. Gobinda Prasad Poudel, Branch Manager of Itahari Branch. He welcome all participates and mentioned about the objectives and important of this Internal audit Training.

The trainer of the program was Mr. Basu Dev Lamichhane , Manager of RMDC laghubitta bittiya sanstha ltd.

The trainer highlighted that the success of any financial institution depends on the corporate governance of the organization. Therefore financial institution should maintain good corporate governance and Internal control of all parts of the organization. During this two days training, trainer Mr. Lamichhane discussed about the concept and principle of account, concepts of internal audit, objects, scope, process, essential statement for internal audit and its management as well as he discussed about the role, responsibility and authority of board committee and Account committee, problems and ways of solution its currents issue of Co-Operative and main parts of internal audit report. At the end of training, participants shared that the training was very useful and committed to utilize their knowledge in official works and share other colleagues.  The branch manager of Itahari thanks to all participants for their active participation in the training.
