RMDC laghubitta proposes 25% dividend worth Rs 19.98 crore; 12.5% bonus and 12.5% cash dividend

RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (RMDC) has proposed 25% dividend for its shareholders for its accumulated profit till FY 2075/76.
The 334th Board Meeting of the Company held on Kartik 07, 2076 has decided on following dividend proposal:
Current paid-up capital: Rs 79.93 crore
Bonus shares: 12.5% worth Rs 9.99 crore
Cash dividend: 12.5% worth Rs 9.99 including tax
Total dividend: 25% worth Rs 19.98 crore
Paid-up capital after adjustment: Rs 89.92 crore
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the microfinance.
