Rising Development, Lumbini General Insurance bonus share certificate distribution from today

Rising Development Bank Limited (RDBL) and Lumbini General Insurance Company (LGIL) Limited have started distributing Bonus Share Certificates from Chaitra 13, today.

Rising Development Bank Limited had endorsed 10 % percent bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71 and Lumbini General Insurance Company Limited had endorsed 10.43 % percent bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The stock dividend would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday at their RTS, Ace Capital Limited located at Lalcolony Marga, Lal Durbar, Kathmandu.

Rising Development Bank Limited posted a net profit of Rs.7.22 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72. Lumbini General Insurance Co. Limited posted a net profit of Rs.24.35 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
