Right Shares of Dolti Power Company Limited Added in SEBON Pipeline

The Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added the right shares of Dolti Power Company Ltd (DOLTI) to its pipeline under preliminary review. The application was submitted to the board on Mangsir 25, 2082.
The Dolti Power Company is looking to issue 96.18% right shares worth Rs. 51.59 Crores through the issue of 5,159,860 (1:0.9618) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 53.64 crores. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, the paid-up capital of the company will increase to Rs. 1.05 Arba.
NIC Asia Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
