Right Alert! Issue of 1:0.27 Right Shares of Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Opening from Today

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (SNLI) is opening the issue of a 1:0.27 ratio of right shares to its shareholders at a par value of Rs. 100 from today, i.e., on 30th Baishakh to 19th Jestha, 2082.
The company will issue 27% right shares worth Rs. 1.06 Arba through the issue of 10,696,320 (1: 0.27) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital is Rs. 3.96 Arba. After adjusting the proposed right share, i.e., 10,696,320 units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 5.03 Arba.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
The book closure date was 5th Baishakh. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible for the rights offering.
