Reminder: Your Last Chance to Grab the Dividend of Reliance Finance (RLFL)

Today is the last day to grab the dividend of Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL). The company has called its 11th AGM on 22nd Baisakh, 2078. The meeting will be held in Lainchaur Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The finance company has proposed a 10.53% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 20 decided on the matter. The company has proposed 10% in bonus shares and 0.53% cash dividend for tax purposes. For the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had only distributed a 6.58% cash dividend.

Books will be closed tomorrow, i.e. on Baisakh 10 for dividend and AGM purposes. Thus, investors maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. As of writing, RLFL has an LTP of Rs. 284.
