Reminder! Last Trading Day to Secure Dividend of Ridge Line Energy Limited

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Ridge Line Energy Limited (RLEL). The company has called its 5th AGM on 17th Kartik, 2083. The meeting will be held at Kupondole Banquet, Lalitpur, starting at 10:00 AM.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10.52% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. The 482nd meeting of the board of directors has decided to distribute 10.52% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 12.47 Crores from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.18 Arba.

Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2082/83 and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2083/84. There is an agenda to elect one director representing the public shareholders, to approve the transfer or sale of the electricity generation survey license of the Maiwa Khola Hydropower Project (12.504 MW).
