Reminder! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited

Today is the last day to grab the 12.6315% dividend that Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) proposed. The company called its AGM on 2nd Ashadh, 2082. The meeting will be held in the Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 12.6315% dividend for FY 2080/81. The 151st board of directors meeting on Baishakh 23 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.64 Arba. 12% bonus shares worth Rs. 55.68 crore and 0.6315% cash dividend worth Rs 2.93 crore have been proposed. The cash dividend has been proposed for the tax amount on the bonus shares.
The book closure date is Jestha 26, 2082. Therefore, shareholders who have maintained their shares to date are entitled to a dividend payout and are eligible to attend this AGM.
