Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Provides Rs 50 lakh Permanent Disability Claim to Policyholder

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited has paid a claim of Rs. 50 lakh  to insured Hari Prasad Kafle under its total permanent disability benefit.

Kafle had taken a 20-year life insurance policy worth Rs 1 crore under the company's Reliable Sulabh Jeevan Bima Yojana through its Kathmandu branch in 2076 BS, along with an additional total permanent disability rider worth Rs 50 lakh. Following his diagnosis with Parkinson's disease, his condition was confirmed to meet the criteria for the disability benefit, prompting the payout. He has also received a premium waiver benefit of an equivalent Rs 50 lakh.

The company said it continues to fulfil its obligations to policyholders through fast, transparent and reliable claim settlement services.
