Ratnaraj Bajracharya's Appointment as Global IME CEO seen as instrumental for post-merger management with Janata Bank

The 359th meeting of the board of directors of Global IME Bank has appointed Mr. Ratnaraj Bajracharya as the CEO of Global IME Bank.
This is the second time Bajracharya has been appointed the CEO of Global IME Bank. During his first time as CEO, Bajracharya had played an instrumental role in human resources management after the merger with IME Financial Institution.
He was also applauded for his role in skillfully managing the bank's net worth and loan advances after the acquisition of Social Development Bank, Lord Buddha Finance, and Gulmi Bikas Bank. His appointment has been seen as highly necessary, now that Global IME Bank has merged with Janata Bank.
Ratnaraj Bajracharya, who is also a Chartered Accountant by education, has served in Nepal Rastra Bank and is an ex-CEO of Sunrise Bank Limited.
Bajracharya will take office from tomorrow, i.e. Bhadra 1, 2077.
