Rastriya Banijya Bank Partners with Radio Nepal for Employee Loan and Salary Services
Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBB) and Radio Nepal have signed an agreement to provide simple professional loans and manage salary accounts for Radio Nepal employees. The deal, signed by RBB CEO Devendra Raman Khanal and Radio Nepal’s Acting CAO Bishnuram Neupane, allows eligible staff to access loans up to NPR 1.5 million at an interest rate of around 7.14%.
RBB will also handle salary disbursement, offering added services like online banking and ATM access. The initiative aims to enhance staff welfare, reduce administrative workload, and promote employee-centric financial services. The partnership supports digital banking and sets a model for cooperation between public institutions.
