Rastriya Banijya Bank Launches Online Loan Application Portal to Simplify Customer Services

In line with the Nepal Government's 100-point governance and service delivery reform plan, Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has introduced an online loan application portal to make its lending services faster, simpler, and more transparent. Customers can now apply for loans digitally through the bank's website, track their application status online, and complete the process with greater convenience.

The initiative aims to reduce paperwork, improve transparency, and enhance customer experience through technology-driven banking. Established in 1966 as a fully government-owned bank, RBB currently operates 316 branches across all 77 districts of Nepal, providing a wide range of modern banking services, including digital banking and ATMs.
