Raptibheri Bikas & Bhaktapur Finance share trading commence from today; stock symbol as RBBBL and BFCL

Nepalgunj-based Raptibheri Development Bank Limited had signed an agreement to list its 12,50,134 units shares in the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) on July 6. The trading has commenced in the NEPSE from today.

As per the notice published on NEPSE, The open range is set with range from Rs 114 - 342 for the first transaction. The stock symbol for Raptibheri Bikas bank Limited is set as RBBBL,

The first transaction of RBBBL held at Rs 342 in the early hour of trading today, which later plunged by maximum 10% circuit break to settle at Rs 308 per share now.

The company had issued 5,00,054 units IPO shares at Rs 100 face value from Magh 22 till Falgun 8, 2071 to the general public. The issue was oversubscribed more than 50 times, had witnessed overwhelming response from the investors that time.

Raptibheri Bikas Bank Limited has appointed Laxmi Capital Market Limited as its Registrar to the Share (RTS).

Laxmi Capital will be providing various share related transactions such as ownership transfer of shares, signature verification, splitting of shares, dividend distribution, among others, and all other services related to share registration from its office in Hattisar, Kathmandu.

Likewise, Bhaktaur Finance Company Limited trading also started from today on NEPSE.

As per the notice published on NEPSE, The open range is set with range from Rs 104 - 312

for the first transaction.  The stock symbol for Bhaktapur Finance Company Limited is set as BFCL. The first transaction held at Rs 150 per share.

Bhaktapur Finance Company Limited had floated its Initial Public Offering of 7,50,000 unit shares from Baishakh 9,2072.

The Finance company has appointed NMB Capital Limited as its Registrar to the Share (RTS).
