Radhi Bidyut Company Limited has announced its decision to sell 1,644,888 shares of Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited in the secondary market.
The sale will involve shares currently held by Radhi Bidyut in Dordi Khola Hydropower, a company actively engaged in Nepal's growing hydropower sector.
The information has been published by Section 11 of the Directive on Pre-Approval and Regulation of Public Issuance of Shares of Electricity-related Companies, 2078, issued by the Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC).
