Radhi Bidyut Company Limited Urges Shareholders to Pay Tax Amount for Bonus Shares

Radhi Bidyut Company Limited has urged its shareholders to pay the tax amount for the proposed bonus shares.

The AGM of the company held on 29th Ashar, 2078 endorsed the 36.5% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting of the board of directors held on Jestha 02 decided to distribute 36.5% bonus shares from the paid-up capital of Rs. 47,35,56,500. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 17,28,48,122.50.
