Public Issue of "Reliable Samriddhi Yojana-2" Mutual Fund Scheme Closing From Today

Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited is closing the issue of its mutual fund scheme "Reliable Samriddhi Yojana-2" to the general public today, 8th Jestha, 2082. The issue opened on the 29th Baishakh, 2083. Although the deadline for this public issue had been extended until 12th Jestha, 2083, it is closing today due to oversubscription.

Out of 10 crore unit shares, i.e.,14%, i.e., 1,40,00,000 crores units worth Rs. 14 crores have been allocated to the scheme manager, Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited, and 1%, i.e., 10,00,000 units worth Rs. 1 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited. The remaining 8,50,00,000 units worth Rs 85 Crores will be issued to the general public and institutions.

According to CDSC, 66,799 applicants have applied for 10,59,11,270 units worth Rs. 1.05 Arba so far.

"Reliable Samriddhi Yojana-2" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,00,00,000 units.
