Proposal of essential public importance registered at Parliament

A proposal of essential public importance has been registered in the Legislature-Parliament citing quake survivors have not got proper relief even after nine months of devastating Gorkha Earthquake.
Lawmaker of the Nepali Congress Navindraraj Joshi was the proposer of the motion where lawmakers-- Kamala Panta, Mohan Bahadur Basnet, Kanchan Chandra Bade Shrestha, Mohan Baral, Deepak Prasad Baral and Bahadur Singh Lama seconded it.
The proposal registered at the Parliament Secretariat stated that the government was seen irresponsible though quake survivors were compelled to stay under the open sky after the April 25.
Stating that the proposal was registered to exert pressure on the government to provide relief to quake survivors immediately, Joshi told the National News Agency (RSS) that it has been expected that immediate discussion in the parliament would be held. RSS
