Property Wizard AGM Approves 5% Bonus Shares, 0.2632% Cash Dividend; Gyan Mani Adhikari Appointed Independent Director

Property Wizard Limited has held its fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Aranya Boutique Hotel, Hattisar, Naxal, Kathmandu. The AGM approved the company’s annual report and audited financial statements for FY 2082/83, along with other ordinary and special proposals.

The meeting approved a 5% bonus share and 0.2632% cash dividend for tax purposes based on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 20 crore. It also approved the company’s capital increase and amendments to its Memorandum of Association.

Similarly, the AGM approved the appointment of Associate Professor Gyan Mani Adhikari of Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, as an Independent Director. The meeting also approved the appointment of the auditor for FY 2083/84 and endorsed decisions made by the Board during FY 2082/83.
