Prime Commercial Bank lists 53.28 lakh shares of Biratlaxmi & Country Dev Bank

Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) has listed 53,28,721 units shares belonging to the shareholders of Biratlaxmi Bikas Bank and Country Development Bank. Now, previous shareholders of Biratlaxmi and Country Development Bank can freely trade their shares in the name of Prime Commercial Bank after the shares are deposited in their demat accounts. PCBL had acquired Biratlaxmi Bikas Bank in share swap ratio of 100:75 and Country Development Bank in share swap ratio of 100:40. Shareholders having 100 shares of Biratlaxmi are given 75 shares of PCBL and the shareholders having 100 shares of Country Development Bank are given 40 shares of PCBL. Their joint operation had started from Baisakh 17, 2074. Till the end of third quarter this year, Prime Commercial Bank has earned net profit of Rs 88.29 crore. The bank will publish consolidated financial statements in the name of Prime Commercial Bank Limited starting 4^th quarter of FY 2073/74.
