Press Council Sanima Bank journalism prize announced

Kathmandu, Dec 7: The Press Council Sanima Bank journalism prize was announced here on Monday. The prize carries a purse of Rs. 500,000.
It shall be awarded annually from the coming year to a journalist or media organization involved in the field of journalism for 20 years, according to the Council Chair Borna Bahadur Karki.
An agreement towards that end was signed between the Council Chair and the Chief Executive Officer of Sanima bank. Accordingly, a decision was also taken to form a prize selection committee chaired by Council Chair Mr Karki. RSS
