Performance of Unnati Microfinance in Q1 of 2076/77; Net profit at Rs 1.26 crore with annualized EPS of Rs 57.33

Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (UMB) has reported an increase in net profit of 49.70% in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2076/77.

According to the unaudited financial report for the first quarter published today, the microfinance has stated that its net profit increased to Rs.1.26 crore in the first quarter as compared to Rs.84.51 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year 2075/76.

Its deposits have increased to reach Rs.59.66 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2076/77 from Rs.38.64 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. It has floated loans of Rs.1.55 arba in the first quarter of fiscal year 2076/77.

The borrowing of the microfinance has decreased from Rs.1.07 arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year to Rs.1.05 arba in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2076/77.

Its net interest income has also increased to Rs.3.62 crore in the Q1 up from Rs.2.36 crore compared to the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year.

Unnati Microfinance’s paid-up capital stand at Rs.8.82 crore and reserve and surplus is Rs.9.53 crore in the first quarter of FY 2076/77.

Its annualized Earnings per Share (EPS) stands at Rs.57.33 and net worth per share stands is at Rs.208.04. The PE Ratio stands at 15.32 times.
