Pawan Golyan Takes Charge as Chairman Alongside Akshay Golyan as Managing Director of RSML

Pawan Golyan has been appointed as Chairman and Akshay Golyan as Managing Director following the successful conclusion of RELIANCE SPINNING MILLS 32^nd Annual General Meeting.

During the meeting, shareholders approved updating the board structure to comprise six directors, including four from the promoter group, one from general shareholders, and one independent director.

Following an election where board representatives were chosen unopposed, the newly formed board convened to unanimously select Pawan Golyan to lead as Chairman and named Akshay Golyan to serve as Managing Director.
