PABSON Donates Rs 12 Crore to Disaster Relief Fund, Allocates Rs 2 Crore for School Reconstruction

The Private and Boarding Schools’ Organization Nepal (PABSON) has contributed Rs 12 Crores to the Nepal Government’s Disaster Relief Fund to support flood-affected communities in Rasuwa, Nuwakot and other areas. The amount was collected from more than 6,500 member schools nationwide.

PABSON has also allocated an additional Rs 2 crores for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of five member schools severely affected by floods in Rasuwa and Nuwakot, while all remaining funds collected through September 16 will be handed over to the government. The organization said the initiative reflects the private education sector’s commitment to social responsibility and standing with the nation during disasters.
