NRNA calls to resolve ongoing situation through discussions

The Non-Resident Nepalis Association (NRNA) has expressed concerns to the ongoing unease situation created in the country after the promulgation of the new constitution. Issuing a press statement, NRNA President Shesh Ghale has said that the NRNs are deeply saddened to learn about such situation in the country adding that the country was going through a tough situation as the regular supply of daily essentials was affected and the people across the country, most importantly labourers and working class people were at the receiving end. President Ghale has appealed to the concerned stakeholders to create an environment conducive to move ahead on the path of economic development and prosperity by converting the current situation to normalcy and address the complexities in an honest manner through mutual discussions from both the neighbouring countries Nepal and India that enjoy the age-old cordial relations. Likewise, the NRNA has welcomed the promulgation of the new constitution drafted from the people’s representatives stating that the new charter is expected to be the milestone for country’s economic development.
