No Dividend To Nepal Investment Mega Bank Shareholders For FY 2081/82

Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2081/82.
The Board Meeting of NIMB held on 7th Poush, 2082 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2081/82. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The paid-up capital of the bank is 34.12 Crores. As of writing, NIMB has an LTP of Rs. 190.20.
