Himalayan Life Insurance Limited (HLI) announces it will not distribute dividends for the Fiscal Year 2081/82.
The 59th Board Meeting of HLI held on Poush 25, 2082, has decided that the company will not distribute any dividend for FY 2081/82. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
As of writing, HLI closed at Rs. 371.10 .
