Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance Limited (GMFIL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2081/82.
The 284th Board Meeting of GMFIL held on Mangsir 27, 2082, has decided that the company will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2081/82. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
