NMB Bank honored with ‘Bank of the Year 2017’ award

NMB Bank has bagged ‘Bank of the Year - 2017’ award, honored by Financial Times, London. The award ceremony was held in London, UK and NMB Bank took the title in Nepal.
Pawan Kumar Golyan, Chairman of NMB Bank and Sunil KC, CEO of the Bank received the award on behalf of the bank.
‘The Bank of the Year Award’ is regarded as the industry standard for banking excellence. The winners are judged on the basis of their ability to deliver returns to shareholders and gain strategic advantage, bank’s financial performance, shareholders’ value and customers initiative, among others.
Before this, Nepal Investment Bank, Standard Chartered Bank Nepal, NIC Asia Bank and Global IME Bank have also won the award.
