Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta proposes 13.68% dividend for FY 2076/77; How much in bonus shares and cash?

Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NUBL) has proposed a 13.68% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 269th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 24 has decided to distribute 13% bonus shares and 0.68% cash dividend (including the amount for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.50 Arba, the bonus shares amount to Rs. 19,50,00,000 and the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 1,02,63,158.

Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, the company's LTP stands at Rs. 1,370 per share.
