NIC ASIA Capital Signs MoU with True North Associates Pvt. Ltd. for Fund Raising and Investment Banking services

NIC ASIA Capital has signed MoU with True North Associates Pvt. Ltd. for Fund Raising and Investment Banking services.

NIC ASIA Capital Limited Ltd and True North Associates Pvt Ltd inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on October 11, 2022 to collaborate on providing Fund Raising and Investment Banking services to its clienteles. The MoU was signed between Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NIC ASIA Capital Limited Mr. Ramendra Rayamajhi and Investment Director of True North Associates Pvt. Limited Mr. Nidhaan Shrestha. 

True North Associates Pvt Ltd is a Private Equity and Venture Capital principals, who are committed to the growth of Nepal’s private sector in general and evolution of the private equity and venture capital space in particular.

With this agreement, both institutions shall work collaboratively to unfold and combine the unique strengths of each institution; embracing and enhancing their capacities to provide Investment Banking and Merchant Banking solutions.
