NIC Asia Capital Reopens NIC Asia Equity Linked Investment Scheme with Innovative Features

NIC Asia Capital has launched the second open-ended phase of the NIC Asia Equity Linked Investment Scheme (ELIS), an equity-oriented mutual fund with innovative features like MINI SIP (NPR 500) and Systematic Transfer Plan (STP).
Funds collected will primarily be invested in listed companies with potential for high future returns. The first phase, issued from 2082/04/29 to 2082/05/12, received applications from 82,737 investors, oversubscribed by 1.48 times, and units were allocated on 2082/05/16.
According to the Securities Board of Nepal approval, the scheme now allows continuous unit issuance and resale, and the unit purchase/re-purchase and SIP enrollment have reopened from 2082/09/15. Investors can participate at NIC Asia Capital’s registrar office in Thapathali, Kathmandu, with plans to offer online and digital wallet services in the near future.
