NIC ASIA Capital convenes 4th AGM; endorses 18% cash dividend worth Rs 3.60 crore for shareholders

NIC ASIA Capital has convened its 4th AGM on Bhadra 18, 2077.
Apart from endorsing other financial reports for the fiscal year 2076-77, the AGM has also endorsed an 18% cash dividend worth Rs 3.60 crore including for the tax purpose.
Besides providing a range of merchant banking services, NIC ASIA Capital is managing two close-ended mutual fund schemes NIC ASIA Growth Fund and NIC ASIA Balance Fund whereas is in process of managing NICASIA Debt Fund in a near future, as per the media statement.
