Chitwan's College of Medical Sciences (Old Medical College) has restarted neurosurgery services under the leadership of senior neurosurgeon Prof. Dr. Iype Cherian and Dr. Bipin Chaurasia.
The hospital now provides 24/7 emergency neurosurgery and regular OPD services from 9 AM to 5 PM, focusing on neuro-trauma cases like head and spinal injuries. The medical team is equipped to treat a wide range of neurological conditions, aiming to reduce referrals to Kathmandu and offer quality care locally.
