NEPSE up by 3.38 points; turnover crosses Rs 200 million

NEPSE made gain of 3.38 points or 0.35 percent to close at 967.62 level on the last trading day of this week.
Similarly NEPSE Sensitive and Float also surged by 0.86 and 0.32 points to close at 205.75 and 68.17 levels respectively.
The investor’s movement in the market slightly increased today as the total turnover crossed Rs 200 million to stand at Rs 206.69 level.

Among the sub-indices, Others and Insurance plunged by 4.69 and 0.91 points to close at 742.50 and 4154.00 level respectively.
Banking gained 5.22 points or 0.62 percent to close at 842.87 level.
Similarly Development (815.93) and Finance (539.19) surged by 1.18 and 0.11 points respectively.
Hotels (2024.69) and HydroPower (2231.08) went up by 4.16 and 22.78 points respectively.
Manufacturing (1455.78) added 5.59 points were as trading managed to remain at 196.93 level.
Altogether 542,241 unit shares of 138 companies were traded through 1,608 transactions worth Rs 206.69 million.
National Life Insurance and Nepal Life Insurance shares were traded maximum today.
Hamro Bikash, Multipurpose Finance and Manjushree Finance were among the top gainers of the day.
