NEPSE Settles Today's Session With 23.19 Points Gain; Others Sector Leads with 2.63% Gain

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a loss today, losing by 23.19 points (0.88%) to settle at 2,653.09. This follows an 11.06-point loss in the previous session.
The benchmark index opened at 2,629.23, touching an intraday high at 2,657.34, while the lowest point was 2,627.76. Total turnover for the day reached Rs. 8.68 Arba, with 17,501,802 shares traded across 324 companies through 78,848 transactions. The market capitalization stood at Rs. 44.19 Kharba, while the float market capitalization was recorded at Rs. 14.88 Kharba.
Radhi Bidyut Company Ltd (RADHI) topped the turnover chart, amounting to Rs. 62.28 Crores. The stock closed at Rs. 826.
Four companies led the gainers' list, hitting the upper circuit limit each.
Meanwhile, Bhugol Energy Development Company Limited (BEDC) recorded the steepest drop, falling 7.47%.
Among sectors, the Others Index registered the highest incline, gaining 2.63%, while the Trading Index saw the largest drop at 0.44%.
