NEPSE plunges few more points; closes at 951.29 level

The benchmark index of Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) dropped by 2.55 points or 0.27 percent to close at 951.29 level.
Similarly NESPE Sensitive and Float also dipped by 0.69 and 0.24 points to close at 202.43 and 66.72 level respectively.
The local bourse moved within the corridor of 948 to 954 throughout the day.

Among the sub-indices, Banking loosed 4.84 points or 0.58 percent to close at 823.31 level.
Hotels (1959.93) and HydroPower (2178.39) dipped by 30.77 and 4.24 points respectively.
Development (799.59) and Finance (536.56) slumped by 2.17 and 1.65 points respectively.
Manufacturing dropped by 4.26 points to close at 1464.23 level.
Insurance (4054.37) and Others (762.46) gained by 29.99 and 2.35 points respectively.
Altogether 381,169 unit share of 131 companies were traded through 1,447 transactions worth Rs 181.40 million.
Shares of NLIC, SHBL, PCBL and MBL were traded maximum today.
Share Price of MBBL, SHBL, INDB and KCDBL were among the top gainers of the day whereas NGBL, JEFL, HAMA and BLDBL were among the top losers of the day.
